The challenge was to create a platform that could efficiently manage the workflow in the printing process, ensuring the traceability and control necessary to meet the requirements of certifications and compliance, all integrated with the existing ERP system. This integration aimed to optimize data management and processes, ensuring that all operations were aligned with textile industry quality standards and regulations.
The project involved developing a management system for the textile factory, specifically for knitwear printing. The goal was to create a platform that integrated the approval flow with the execution of the printing, collecting data on the quantity of pieces and traceability of inks used via QR code, preparing the company for certifications and compliance.
The implementation of the platform resulted in improved process control, efficient traceability of inks, preparation for certifications, reduced waste, and greater transparency throughout the production process.
