The Subscribe project presented complex and multifaceted challenges that required an innovative and comprehensive solution. The main obstacle was the need to analyze and compare investment funds quickly and accurately, even when the available information was incomplete. This required the development of a sophisticated system capable of processing and interpreting partial data, comparing it with an extensive and complete fund database. Additionally, Subscribe faced the challenge of extracting relevant data from a variety of PDF documents, often with different formats and structures, and automatically filling specific fields in Excel spreadsheets. This task required not only precision in data extraction but also intelligence in interpreting and categorizing information. Another critical aspect of the challenge was the need to process and analyze large volumes of financial data with high accuracy and in a timely manner, ensuring that the analyses were not only fast but also reliable and actionable. These combined challenges required a solution that integrated advanced technologies of natural language processing, machine learning, and data analysis, all while maintaining the flexibility necessary to adapt to the specific and constantly evolving needs of the financial sector.

We observed a significant increase in analysis speed, allowing Subscribe to process a much larger volume of information in less time. The accuracy of comparing and investigating funds improved considerably, even when dealing with partial or incomplete information. The automation of the data extraction and spreadsheet filling process not only reduced human error but also drastically reduced processing time, freeing up valuable resources for more strategic tasks.Additionally, the foundation laid for a customized conversational AI system per client is opening up new possibilities for interaction and analysis, promising to further increase the added value of the services offered by Subscribe to its clients.

To meet the needs of Subscribe, we developed a multifunctional platform that revolutionizes investment fund analysis. Our solution incorporates a similarity comparison feature that processes incomplete PDFs, identifying compatible documents in a vast database. We implemented a sophisticated system for extracting data from PDFs, which automatically fills specific fields in Excel spreadsheets, significantly speeding up the analysis process. The heart of our solution is an advanced machine learning model (LLM) that processes and fills in crucial information in Excel with high precision.Additionally, we are in the development phase of a specialized chatbot, customized for each client, which will offer access to individualized information, using carefully tagged metadata from PDFs to ensure the confidentiality and relevance of the information provided.
